Track Carlos is Flash website i came across which i think is about a Terrorist name Carlos who terrorized the world for around two decades. I really was impressed with the website and I am sure it is extremely flash heavy but its looks really inspiring to me at least. Original is in French but it has a English version. I wonder if the globe is done in Flash also.
