Video Backgrounds on Websites - Yay or Nay?

I first saw this concept on ZARA and you can check it out here. They had these videos as their background for the website during Fashion Week. Here is another example of the same concept and layout ZARA used. What do you think about using videos as a background image? Do you think is visual enhances the site or does it appear to be too distracting and busy?
